Slide show not working?

Doesn't work on iPad either! Nice rock structure on photo 1 though.

The slide show is "Flash" so will not work on Android or iOS, though I'm surprised it didn't work in MAC. It's a nice idea, but a bit tricky to implement nicely without extending over the RH col when the screen is a bit narrower (I've adjusted the dimension so that it fits on my old 1024x768 screen) It would be nicer too if it worked on mobiles - I'll do some digging.

Slideshows on mobile

Had a quick look. There is not even an option on Google+ to create the slideshow, you have to go to the legacy picasaweb site. This is probably because of the difficulty in getting it working on mobiles. There's no easy way at this point. However, I'll keep looking, as I think it's going to be valuable research for me! In the meantime, I'm not enamoured with the solution on this posting, as it doesn't scale nicely when the browser changes size, and I have the only mobile devices in the family which it works on at all (webOS supports flash)

Photos and slide show

I am not that keen on the slide show from Picassa, I prefer to look at the pictures at my pace not Google's pace. I have tended to put links from here to my Picassa albums because I have loaded lots of photographs to Picassa a a back up, and so it is very easy to show them to other people using Picassa., I have not really learnt how to use the picture bit of pealng.com because it is easy to put in the link and saves uploading them twice over our slow internet connection.

re photos & slideshow

Linking to Google+/PicasaWeb works fine. You probably get more photos up than the rest of us put together, so whatever works for you is fine. Its great to see your photos. I agree with you about slide shows . Moving to the next pic at your own time is much better
