Porthleven, Cornwall

Just got down to Porthleven (top of the Lizard Peninsula - almost at Lands End). Ron was desperate to go away somewhere so Jude, Maggie, Ron & I have rented a cottage for a week. We are in the row of white houses down by the harbour. The view from our private terrace across the harbour is fantastic. The weather tonight was great after a long drive down here with the weather improving as we went south. We unpacked then sat on the balcony with our welcome scones, jam and clotted cream. Then we went for a quick walk around the village and will explore further tomorrow.
